Educators can proactively support all of their students by using a daily routine visual schedule to bring structure and predictability into their students' lives. Visualizing the sequence of the day can help students, especially pre-readers, reduce anxiety and build confidence and independence.¨

The picture cards are clear enough that even my nonverbal kids can point to what comes next, and it’s cut down on transition meltdowns a ton. I laminated mine and stuck magnets on the back, so it’s been holding up great on the whiteboard all semester.
