The gratitude activities have become our morning ritual, and the way they get even the shyest kids opening up is honestly a little magic. I wasn't expecting the lessons to feel so natural to weave into our existing schedule, but my students are already reminding each other to say thank you.
The "emotional resilience" segment finally gave my shyest student a way to open up, and the gratitude prompts turned our morning circle into a completely different vibe. Lessons are short enough to squeeze in after lunch, and I've already seen kids passing kind notes to each other.
