Wish I'd had something like this when I was a kid. The worry cards have already become a nightly ritual with my daughter—she picks one before bed and it genuinely calms her down before the first day. Great way to turn a stressful transition into something we handle together.
The little journal and worry cards gave my daughter a calm way to talk about her fears before school, and she actually used them. It’s made the morning routine so much less stressful for both of us.
This kit really helped my son settle into the school year. The included mindfulness cards gave him a simple way to manage his morning jitters.
