Sviluppare una comunità rispettosa e coesa è fondamentale per il benessere socio-emotivo di studenti, famiglie, insegnanti e di tutti coloro che fanno parte della famiglia-classe. Quando gli studenti si sentono rispettati, al sicuro, apprezzati e connessi tra loro e con l'ambiente scolastico, sono in grado di apprendere ed esplorare meglio in tutti gli ambiti educativi.
