The lesson on taking care of ourselves during transitions was a perfect fit for settling my class down after recess. It saved me from having to create my own unit from scratch.

My second graders were struggling with just about every transition until I used the community-building lessons from this unit—the step-by-step practice of walking in line has been a game changer for us. It is simple to follow and the slides make it easy to keep everyone engaged.

Having a hard time with wiggly students after lunch, these transition strategies actually worked. The self-care lesson got my class talking in a way I didn't expect. Saved me at least an hour of planning this week.

I really liked how the lesson plans explicitly teach self-care routines alongside transitions – that combo made my kids more independent in just a few days. The activities are straightforward, so even a non-teacher like me could follow them easily.

The transition activity guide was a lifesaver for getting my students to settle down after lunch without me nagging. My class actually looks forward to the community check-in slides now.

I used the lesson on morning arrival with my third graders and the transition time dropped by at least five minutes. The self-care section was a great bonus for our community circle discussions.

Finally, a resource that actually teaches community skills step-by-step, not just assumes kids know them. My class has been using the self-care lesson and I’ve already seen fewer meltdowns during transitions.

My kindergartners were struggling with the transition from playtime to circle time, but the lesson on self-care routines gave them concrete steps to follow. They actually started reminding each other to "take a quiet breath" before lining up.

My kids actually look forward to practicing the transition activities now—the lesson structure makes it feel like a game rather than a chore. The self-care unit is a nice bonus, too.
